What is Upstate Career Source?

The Upstate Career Source provides job seekers and employers of Cherokee, Spartanburg and Union Counties a central location to receive a wide array of career planning, education and employment services. Located in downtown Spartanburg, the Center operates under the direction of the Upstate Workforce Investment Board. Walk-Ins are welcome. By working with the Upstate Career Source Partners, we are able to provide eligible residents and employers with valuable resources and services to fulfill their individual needs.

The mission of the Center is to provide a level of service to facilitate a clients' attainment of meaningful employment consistent with their interests and abilities.
